The delivery date was well past that stated and communication that the delivery time might be exceeded was non existant, and I had to push hard on the telephone to get delivery before the holiday we went on. But overall it is the quality of the product that really matters.

The staff were very helpful and professional returing my calls as promised and keeping me updated via Email.The ring arrived in plenty of time dispite a postal strike,and the wife well what can i say she is over the moon.
