If you find the exact item that you purchased from Ampalian Jewellery at a cheaper price, in a store OR online, within 7 days of ordering we will refund the difference, plus 10%. (Adequate proof will be required).
At Ampalian we've stripped out the overheads normally associated with purchasing quality jewellery. We have no high rent stores with expensive fittings and lots of sales assistants. Retail jewellery stores are expensive operations and you pay those overheads when you buy.
We don't compromise on quality either. Every item that we sell is created, then hand finished and inspected in our own workshops. This takes a little time but we believe it's essential to ensure the perfect quality of an item that will be treasured for a lifetime and beyond.

All orders are delivered fast and FREE, worldwide. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and Royal Mail Airsure for overseas orders. Expected maximum delivery times are shown on every item. Actual delivery time is often much faster than this but we don't want to disappoint you with late delivery for a special occasion. In the very rare event that the published delivery time might be exceeded we will contact you immediately and discreetly.
