All goods purchased from Ampalian Jewellery are guaranteed against any faulty materials or faulty manufacture for 12 months from the date of delivery to you as standard.
We also offer our three year extended guarantee which covers any necessary repairs for your purchase, assuming normal use and conditions. To keep your jewellery as beautiful as the day you first wore it Ampalian will also inspect, clean and refinish your jewellery upon request and at no additional charge.
Our extended guarantee must be purchased with your jewellery purchase.
All items received for any repairs will be polished and refinished as standard.
Our extended guarantee does not cover jewellery that has been altered or repaired by a store other than Ampalian or its affiliates. Our extended guarantee excludes cover for jewellery that has been damaged as a result of abusive treatment other than normal wear. This plan also does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance or loss of merchandise. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to Ampalian but does cover the cost of return shipping to you.
Should your jewellery require service or repair under standard or extended guarantee please return it to us at the address below along with your instructions as to the work you require. We will complete the work including polishing and refinishing the piece and return it to you within 10 working days.
